I have a question about the following EU law which is effected since May 2018.
At this moment we are arranging Talent Attract and Offer Management for our recruitment department and we have to make sure that we meet the regulations.
That means that we have to make sure that any data that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person (applicants or candidates in a Talentpool) who don't fulfill their hire process, need to be removed after a period of time. In our case 4 weeks after the cancellation of a application process and after 12 months as long as the natural person agreed to save their personal information (even the 2nd part is not covered).
We tried to make a workflow but until now we didn't manage to find a way.
Does anybody have a good experience to share with us?
