Do I have to create new leave types of plans when I have an absence manager?

Hi,

I have assigned the absence manager role to our head of HR so that our CEO can get her leave approved.

I followed this link: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/human-resources/hr-configure-absence-manager

I already have a hierarchy workflow in place for the rest of the leave plan and types that everyone else is on.

When I go to create a new hierarchy type it says I cant use the current workflow I have for everyone else. So I went and create a new workflow which sends an approval to my HR manager for when our CEO applies for leave.

Because this is a new workflow and leave types are attached to workflow - does this mean I have to now create all new leave types that are personalised for my CEO?
