Action card not created for email cards from exchange

Hi All,

Competitor mentioned card is not working in our case. We have enabled it and an e-mail have been received to CRM but no card has been created,

1. Do we need the CDS for this card to work?

Not sure what am i missing here.

Can you please help?

    Hi,

    For the competitor mentioned card to work you need to have Server Side Sync enabled to sync in your emails into CRM and your mailbox enabled in CRM by your administrator.
    Could you confirm that both of these are setup and green for your environment?

    Yes , server side sync and mailbox is enabled. The emails are coming into CRM , but  no action cards created/

    Ok.

    Here is a good way to check if things are working

    1. Create opty OPTYX

    2. Create stakeholder on OPTYX who is external to msft domain eg <sample>@gmail.com

    3. Add competitors “Comp1” and “Comp2”

    4. From OPTYX form send email to <sample>@gmail.com with regarding

    5. Reply from <sample>@gmail.com mentioning Comp1

    If you still find things are not working you can reach out to me over email with your org1 or via customer support and we can definitely take a closer look.
