Hello lovely D365 Marketing Community,
We did embed a D365 Marketing Form on the external CMS-System of a client. With the embedding there are four Cookies (per my understand) that are strictly neccesary to be set:
Those cookies will be added to the thiry party cookie consent tool within the section "strictly necessarily for functional use". So in case someone declines all consent on the website within the cookie consent banner is it 100% guranteed that each form visit or visit to the webpage where the form is embedded will be completely anonymizd within D365 Marketing?
The legal department of the client (within the EU region) wants to make sure that if someone delinces all cookies that the visitors are not namely tracked within D365 Marketing.
Or can someone explain what each of these 4 cookies exactly does? I know there is the offical microsoft documentation yet I am not 100% sure what is meant by the description there.
There is also a tracking field in D365 Marketing, so if we would drag that onto the form with an appropriate description and the user submits the form with "Trackin enabled" no then are would be no insights generated in regards form visits and visits of the webpage where the form is embedeed right?
The legal department is curious and wants to make sure that nothing is tracked without consent obviously
Hi,
Did my answer help you?
