But I can't find it in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Did it get culled / never existed / over written?
Apparently, it was supposed to show as a new button in quotes, orders & invoices which would help us immensely but I can't find it. Maybe it wasn't in Business Central?
we are after a way that we can have an inventory forecast for the quotes. For individual lines it is simple by looking under details but for quotes with 50+ lines it is cumbersome.
We are aware that quotes are just a proposal and cannot be relied upon but at the time of quoting it would be could to know if we can deliver within 10 days or 12 weeks.
thank you for the time to reply. We are aware of all the functionalities you have listed but neither is helpful in the quote scenario of up to 200 lines.
Martin answered the question, just not the way I wanted to hear it.
depending on the scenario, the item availability by function can be found in multiple places. If you on a sales order, You can go to the line function and find it there. this way, it's easy to find out how item inventory is kept in BC.
