The SQL database has issued an error.

Hello, have a nice day everyone. I'm getting this error when i'm trying to make Purchase Requitision using workflow. I don't know what's the cause of this error.

but it's not working.

One day, i tried full compile and full CIL. It works fine without getting this error. Suddenly this error showing up again (i really don't know what's the cause). I tried full compile and full CIL again, but it's not working anymore.

Please help me...

    Check Sql error logs and/or do a sql trace, this may reveal more info.

    hi, i'm really appreciate your reply. I already full sync the database but it's still got the same error.

    As the first thing, I would make sure that the database is fully synchronized with the application.
