Hello, have a nice day everyone. I'm getting this error when i'm trying to make Purchase Requitision using workflow. I don't know what's the cause of this error.

but it's not working.
One day, i tried full compile and full CIL. It works fine without getting this error. Suddenly this error showing up again (i really don't know what's the cause). I tried full compile and full CIL again, but it's not working anymore.
Please help me...
