Hi All,
I set up the vendor collaboration in my UAT, and when the workflow of Vendor collaboration user requests completed, it creates an external vendor user account in the user lists. However, when I am trying to login with the email address of vendor user account it is giving me an error that you don't have sufficient permission to log in as shown below
You are not authorized to login with your current credentials. You will be redirected to the login page in a few seconds.
Hi Mohammad,
Please try to go C:\AosService\PackagesLocalDirectory\Bin and run AdminUserProvisioning.exe with admin user, then add the external vendor user account and login again.
If it not work , please try to synchronize the DB and restart the IIS.
Hi Will,
I did it and it seems that it has turned off the instance as I am getting the following message
Please note that the email address provided should be an known account in an AAD tenant.
If the email address belongs to a domain registered as a tenant with Microsoft Azure, then the email address has to be an existing Azure Active Directory (AAD) account in order for the provisioning process to complete successfully. If the email address does not belong to a domain registered with Microsoft Azure, an AAD account will be created as part of the provisioning process and the new user will receive an invitation mail. Consumer email addresses with domains such as @hotmail.com, @gmail.com, or @comcast.net cannot be used to register a user.

Dear Will,
If I create an account directly i.e. by adding a new user in user form and give him the same permission it is allowing me to connect to the application with same email address. However, when the workflow creates the account with the same email address it is not allowing me to connect. I think there is nothing wrong with the account here.
Hi Aamir,
Apologies for the delayed response.
I am not sure if there is a problem with this mail.
Please try to setup a Azure AD account for this for the vendor user and assign the Vendor(external) or Vendor admin(external) or both of these roles to this user. Then link the vendor primary contact to this user, and try it again.
Actually, the issue was relate to missing configuration of B2B in two domain of office365 which our office have. For detail, please visit : docs.microsoft.com/.../implement-b2b
The issue was B2B configuration was not configured. Once it configured issue was resolved.
Hi Mo, Please check and ensure you have the correct security roles attached to the Vendor in System Admin. module under Users> Users roles. See the screenshot below.
User's Roles to be added to the Vendor = Vendor(external); System external user; Vendor admin(external) and Vendor prospect(external).
I hope this helps.
Thanks.
