Cannot firm Planned orders

Hi all,

When I am trying to firm planned orders in Master planning > Common > Planned orders
There is a error message:
Firming has been stopped. No planned orders were firmed.

Does anyone have idea? Thanks!!! (I am asking in right place, right?)

Hello,

Do you have the stop firming if an error occures checkbox selected in master planning parameters?

Hi,

Debug the \Classes\ReqTransPoMarkFirm\firmSelectedPlannedOrders() function and see why your process is failing.

you need to debug to find out the cause

as error message is not giving much information

Select one planned order by ticking the selection box, then firm the one. In the firming make sure the only filter is the one set. If it still fails to firm get another user to do the same on another machine and see if you get the same.

Problem is gone,

due to the time limit user not work on it in AX.
