With multiple channel provider i am getting this "This operation can be performed from the active provider" error on Microsoft.CIFramework.searchAndOpenRecords API from one of channel provider on omnichannel for customer service

I have two channel provider if i use one channel provider active at a time than both channel provider are working. One active at a time.
one is chat channel provider which is out of box. and second one is telephone channel provider.

Now in order to use both i active both channel providers and their configurations are below:

In order to load channel provider in iframe i need to query using Microsoft.CIFramework.searchAndOpenRecords API which getting error as below:
"{"message":"This operation can be performed from the active provider","msdyn_name":"doSearch"}"

same issue with setMode API too,

There are some API which works like getEnvrionment

same APIs works if only one channel provider active and being use on omnichannel for customer service
