Hi,
In older versions of crm it was not possible to create , check box field for more than 2 options . But recently, I got a requirement to make check box for 3 options in a field. Is it possible to customize ?
if you need to do now you need to use a N:N relationship and a custom web resource to make the selection
if you can wait the next Dynamics 365 release, it will have multiple optionset built-in as field type
