Dear All
I am new in D365FO, I need to customized workflow on Sales return screen i.e 'D365FO-->AR-->All return orders.
with the help of the following link, I successfully created workflow and configured, it is working fine,

But I have two issue.
I need to control workflow on the “Sales order total amount” since I don’t fine any filed like “TotalAmount”
And my custom workflow should display in
D365FO-->AR-->Setup-->Accounts receivable workflows
