Hi we have had a poor implementation with Nav as the partner did not understand our requirements and business and I wish to change partners how do we do this?

Find a partner using the below link and then you need to contact them and sign change in partner agreement.

You can always switch to a different partner. If you have not yet purchased licenses, this can be done quicker as you just need to select another partner. The only thing you need to care is the amount of setup and customization done by previous partner and how to transfer the valuable customizations to a different partner - check all the possible documentation and developments are given to you by previous partner. If you have already purchased the licenses, you can transfer your account to another partner as well, but this will require some "paperwork" - your new partner will be able to assist in that; usually new partner can guide you through this process.
