Purchase order of a Project

We have raised the Purchase order for the Project Items.

We need to close / cancel those PO's.

But system shows the error as " Project stage Finished could not be Closed"

Checked the project status, and it is in Inprocess Stage.

I tried to cancel the PO byu changing the delivery remainder to Zero.

but could not process due the error.

how to proceed

If you replicate the issue in a different demo / test system, do you see the same problem?

Yes , I simulated in the Test environment. Problem appears

Hi Sriram,

Do you have customizations in this environment? If not, have you already checked LCS issue search for known issues and possible hotfixes?

If project is not finished then I would debug the code and find out where is it getting finished stage and which project it is looking. Do you or have another developer who can debug the code in DEV env?

LCS is site managed by Microsoft to support/deploy D365FO project related stuff. For any upgrades, hotfixes, issues, updates Microsoft lists/uploads it on LCS. LCS is mandatory for D365FO projects. Here is the link https://lcs.dynamics.com/v2

If there is a developer, then it will be easy for developer to debug and look what is happening and why it is not getting correct Project status or it is finding wrong project.
