We are in process of upgrading our system from Dynamics SL 2015 to Dynamics SL 2018.
1)post installation of MAXQ package we area facing below issue.

You are not mentioning which MaxQ module or SL screen is throwing this error, but my guess is that you did not load the revised .CST file for the screen customization that contains the SL 2018 table structures and code. The size of the Company table in the SystemDB increased from SL 2015 to 2018 (it added the UpdateBusDate field, which is an Integer(2) type, explaining the 745 to 749 record size buffer difference).
Load the appropriate .CST file that came with the MaxQ software into the screen, then try re-opening the screen and it should resolve your issue.
