How to populate data to a free text invoice using credit invoicing D365FO

Hi,

i need to populate the data from the selected invoice from the credit invoicing to show on the new created free text invoice. what i actually want is once i click on the Ok button from the credit invoicing dialog to automatically fill the header and lines data.

how it can be achieved?

Actually in OOB, Credit invoicing works as in sales order credit invoices. Copies the data.

If you want to cancel the free text, you can reverse from voucher transactions.

please can you provide more details.

for sales order, its credit note that copies data.

for free text invoice its credit invoicing.

This functionality is to copy data to free text invoice lines, so as much as you select, data is copied.
