How to do a successful data update from AX 2012 to D365 ?

HI All,

i am trying to work on data upgrade,and  following the below link.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/unified-operations/dev-itpro/migration-upgrade/data-upgrade-2012

is there any alternatives methods  apart from the above method,as the above methods needs SQL admin and some other permissions,which is difficult to get access.

Please give your suggestion on this.

    we are in the process of  DATA upgrade from Ax 2012 R3 CU 9 to D365FO july version.

    we are facing an issue with synchronize database step.

    we tried with different solutions provided by other posts,but still facing the same issue.

    anyone please help on this

    Hi Naresh,

    Hope you have found the solution to your problem by now. If not, have you checked if your dynamics ax user has rights to access your ax database in sql server?
