Hi,

It seems the Marketing App icon is no longer displaying for me?? This is in my Dev environment....

I can see it in my UAT and Live environments.. I've checked that I still have System Administrator role permissions and compared all setting across the environments.

Where else should I / Can I check to see why the icon is not displaying. The Marketing app is installed in the environment....

Hi Partner,

1.Are you just not seeing the icon, or are you not seeing the entire app?

If you just can't see the icon, this should have nothing to do with permissions.

2.Since a certain update, instead of displaying an icon for each app, Power Apps displays a uniform icon based on the type of app.

Unless you display the application list as Grid.

3.You can also try to change the icon in the app designer.

Hi,

Sorry for posting this as I didn't notice that the name of the App had changed to the new name ' Customer Insights - Journey'. Doh!!!!!
