Dexterity 14 Development system problem with Windows 10

The other day I upgraded from DEX 10 to DEX 14.  When I go to the HELP menu, and enter a letter under index to show all categories starting with that letter, DEX errors out......doesn't work.  However, I can scroll through all the HELP categories and click on the one I want, and it shows in a panel.  What is wrong with the section process that causes the error when just typing in a letter in the subject bar after index is selected????

    I was able to replicate it. The workaround is to go to the Dexterity installation folder and load the help file separately. I will pass this on to the Dex team in Fargo.
