Upgrading to DynamicsNAV 2016

Hi experts,

I upgraded a test-Database(2013) for myClient Now i want to upgrade Prod-Database(2013),

Should i Convert again the database and corrects the erreurs (Build Server Application object)   OR  i need just upgrade the Data and import the objects of Test-Database because are the same

    Sorry Mohana you confused me,

    That's mean i will open my 2013 Prod-Database with nav 2016, Nav will ask me to convert i accept and that's all ?

    OR

    i have to follow follow all steps in link provided by you ?

    Hi

    If you want to upgrade from NAV 2013 to NAV 2016 , you have to do the below.

    Upgrade the code (Application Merge to 2016), convert the database to 2016 and Data upgrade, for the detailed steps refer the below.

    If you already upgraded the database then you can take the object from that database provided that no customization has been carried out the DB which you are going to convert or upgrade l.

    You would need anyway to convert the database, and then you can upload the objects from the database you had already upgraded (if you had not modified separately prod database apart from test database).
