How to use forms pro with Dynamics marketing

Hey all,

We were excited to see forms pro being integrated with Dynamics Marketing, but I couldn't find any documentation on it. Does anybody have a how to on how to use it? We are on the latest april update, but when creating a marketing email or customer journey, I only see a button to 'add a survey' which seems to transfer me to the old survey environment and not forms pro. Could anybody point me in the right direction? I'm pretty sure i'm doing something wrong. :p

Could you share information which could indicate that your environment has been enabled with April release update?

Hi Clofly,

I'm 100% sure that we are on the latest version with the April release update. We are already using several features of this, like the improved email editor that now has the ability to add 'preview text:

Here you can see the new editor and the survey button.

I have tested and encountered your issue in a Canada region environment.

I'll test in another Asia region environment to confirm this and reply to you tomorrow.

Steps to create a new survey with Forms Pro:

Sign in to Forms Pro with your Office 365 business essentials credentials.

Under My Forms, select New Survey.

Select the default survey name, and enter a name for your survey.

Select Add new to add the question to your survey.

Enter the question and its answer options.

Hi Niels,

I have created a ticket for help.

However, the option(Advanced settings > Feature Switches) is available in a US region test environment which is up to date.

So in my opinion: as doc said, the feature will be generally available on April, so in other word,

even if an environment is up to date, we still need to wait for this option to be visible in different regional environments.

I'll still reply to you here once I get response from support team.
