Hi everyone,
I want to add some Work Order services at a fixed rate without it calculating based on the duration.
Can you tell me how this could be done?

I think you can create a product of Field Service Product Type of 'Non Inventory'? Then this can have a fixed rate without worrying about durations
The best way to handle is to create a Field Service Price List item as the flat fee item as it allows you to indicate it's a flat fee.

On the main system field service price list items isn't enabled. How do I enable it?
