I think you are installing NAV using a user who is not a trusted login (Windows Login): please retry using a valid Windows user.

But I use for installing MS Dynamics Server & the NAV SQL Data server the same service account (domain SERV account ) for installations in both machine .
But for login to each machine using domain user account is that you mean cause such error ?
Please check, that domain user is listed in administrator group of that machine where you are trying to install.
