Apply routing Rule button not visible

i have created a routing rule .it is active but i dont see this button .do i need to create this button from somewhere if yes then how to configure that

Hi Shrutika,

In the case view, you need select one record at least, the Apply Routing Rule button will on the command bar:

In case forms where the button is not present, you can use "Save and Route" to achieve the same goal.

If the button not appear in the command bar of the view, you can refer the following link to check it:

And you can use Ribbon Workbench to customize the button:
