Workflow batch job stop running

Hi All,

I had a problem with my Batchjob workflow.

i followed all the tutorial workflow configure from the Technet. but still the workflow batch is not running well.

i had running the Tutorial_workflowprocessor and Thanks God the workflow is running.

but next day the batch is not running well again.

Normally, the batch workflow have a same Start date/time data with Date/Time our machine/computer. except for Workflow Due date processing and Workflow line-item notification batch, both got earlier than the machine's time.

Is there anyone knows what is exactly going on in my Workflow batch job?

Looks the bacth workflow is start and stop at 1/13/2016 but current date 1/14/2016... normaly, Schedule start date/time is same with current start date and time.

i try modified the recurence date and time, then refresh it several time..but still...is not Ok.

I see something weird in my workflow Batch Group.

for Workflow batch job i am using 'WF' batch group and attached my AOS on it.

for another batch job i am using ' '(empty) and attached my AOS on it. which is the same AOS with 'WF' batch group.

for workflow batch job, although i am using 'WF' the information for the AOS in the field 'AOS instance name' is not attached. and the Workflow is not working, coz the system cannot read which AOS should be processed,i think.

for another batch job, i am using ' ' (empty), the information of AOS is appear in the field of 'AOS instance name'. But still the workflow is not working.

I dont know is my Batch Group not OK or the Batch Job is not OK. or one of them is cause to another.

i have try to run the Workflow class,WorkflowWorkItemDueDateJob via Job.. but still this method is not working.

At form server configuration..the 'Is batch server' checkbox is checked..

even though i had update 'maximum batch threads' become 15..the batch worflow still not running.

any suggestion?

Hi guys,

Now i open the table Batch and export the record to the excel...

i see something weird here.

at Table Batch,

field ServerId = Blank

field SeesionIdx =Blank

field SessionLoginDateTime = Blank

field StartdateTime = Blank

field EndTime = Blank

any other suggestion?

Maybe the problem is functional, you tried to open the screen to configure any workflow module ?? (Clic in New)

I'm confused by what you're saying. Does the batch fail, or doesn't it run at all? It can't fail if it does get executed at all.

Your fourth reply says that it runs, but the seventh reply suggests the opposite.

If it fails, you should look for errors causing it to fail.

If it doesn't run, you should check for problems with batch setup. Make sure that the batch server is configured to process the batch group and try to delete the batch and schedule it again.

Hi Martin,

The batch job is not run at all,

As far i know the value start date/time is field for 'Workflow message processing' is the current datetime.

for 'workflow due date processing' and 'workflow line item notification' usually earlier from the current datetime.

i have try the methods you suggested. several time....you know, delete the batch and schedule it again..and again,but no result.

i have two Batch Group, WF and ''(empty)

1. Workflow batch job i am using 'WF' and attach AOS on it.

All right, so the batch isn't failing - it actually doesn't get executed. So the title ("Workflow batch job stop running") is misleading and should be updated.

Your picture seems to suggest that you have the same problem with other batches as well, am I right? If so, it's not even specific to the workflow batch; you have a more general problem with batches.

Can you please review the assignment of batch groups to your batch server, as I asked you? (Sorry if this is what you tried to say by your two points about batch groups; I failed to understand what then mean.)

The number of threads is irrelevant to your problem.
