got issue in admin user provisioning

hi,

i am using the below version

it's properly configured on VM and also i have checked the internet connection is also fine.

for example -

i ran "admin user provisioning" --- run as administrator but got below error.

i have done 10 times

i have created onmicrosof.com account through below url

https://signup.microsoft.com/Signup?OfferId=B07A1127-DE83-4a6d-9F85-2C104BDAE8B4&dl=ENTERPRISEPACK&ali=1

kindly let me know , how i will resolve the issue

please give me more shed on this.

Hi Arpan,

I have got this one multiple times. Restarting the VM usually took care of the issue.

Did you try that already?

Is your VM locally hosted or on Azure? In case it is on Azure, why do you need to run the provisioning tool? You would already have access.

Either way, you can restart the VM using Windows restart option.

i restarted the VM and now got the below error

That's weird. Is this deployed by LCS?

In that case, you should have axdbadmin password available. Can you try to log into SQL server using these credentials?

long back i have downloaded the vhd file from LCS and configure on VM.

even i have already tried, it's also not connected in SQL

kindly let me know the credential to be use in SQL ?

Just try with this community.dynamics.com/.../d365fo-one-box-vm-sql-password

By the way did you ran Admin provisioning tool as Administrator? If not run admin provisioning tool as administrator .
make sure that you have internet on VM.

Change authentication to "SQL Server Authentication"

Credentials -

Login: axdbadmin

Password : AOSWebSite@123
