GP emailing invoices - getting Outlook access message

Hi,

We just enabled sending SOP invoices via email for this client.  Each time they select the Email button, they get this Outlook access message.

I've gone through this link to check if the Antivirus is valid in the Outlook options section, but it did not help.

Any ideas how to turn this off?
