Hello,

I've configured timeline in portal setting the option CustomerSupport/DisplayAllUserActivitiesOnTimeline to true.

I've also customize the view Portal Timeline View for show only the activities i want.
But now, when I view the activities in my portal on cases, only one activities is visible at a time.

I must click the button "show more" for view another one activites.

Every time i click "show more" button only another one activities become visible.

There is an option to show more than one activities by time on timeline portal?

Thanks in advance

    Thanks for the reply,

    I've find the solution.

I have to specify not only the "number of result" for timeline

but also the "Number of rows" in the formatting tab for the component

    Hope this help.

    Thanks

    Gianluca

    Hi GianlucaN,

In my portal, i can view all activities in the timeline, and not view "show more" button.

Can you share related screenshots about it?

And you mentioned that you customized the view Portal Timeline View for show only the activities you want.

What is the customization you do?

Maybe you can go Settings > Customizations > Customize the System > Entities > Case > Forms > open the 'Case for Interactive experience'.

Then check properties of the timeline:
