Folks

strange thing when we send mail directly from ax 2009 it works fine win outlook 2003, the customer upgraded to 2013

and all kind of com errors happens,

I already killed the ghost window

removed the logon

but still no solutions.. I even have added sleep timers between the com calls, no solution...

Hey Dick Wenning,

AX 2009 requirements says www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

"Office 2013 is supported with Microsoft Dynamics

AX 2009 Service Pack 1 with Rollup 8 and the

hotfix from Knowledge Base article 2830391."

So you probably need to in upgrade to RU 8 and install 2830391.
