I subscribed the customer service trial enronment. "2023 release wave 1 enabled".
I need to configure unified routing for the case management. But i could not find in the customer service hub app.
Can you guys pls help me

So you do see the option, but can't enable it?
Maybe you can get customer service trial environment through the following link:
https://dynamics.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics-365-free-trial/
In this environment, unified routing will be enabled by default.

Because 'Service Management' area has been removed from the Customer Service Hub app in the new version, you will need to go to the Customer Service Admin Center app to configure:

You will need to turn on Unified routing settings under Service settings
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
