How to get URL of Sales order attachment

Hi All,

I have created one attachment in my sales order, and check in click on this its downloading the file. 
Can i need the url of this file so i can send the url using api to other system to download this file.
 
I also have attached screen shot in this also.
 
If anyone have any idea please share with me.
