Attachment not longer attached after convert from PR to PO

I attached few attachments in PR. After approved, I released the PR to PO. But I found all my attachments are not longer attached in PO (the Attached column value is unchecked). But if I go back PR, the attachments are still there (it is checked and I still can open the attachment). It happened occasionally only.

May I know anyone facing this issue? What KB will be fixed this issue / any code to fix?

I'm using AX2012 R2 RTM.

    you can have a developer do a customization to carry over the docu. should be a couple lines of code.

    Well I am not sure, if really Microsoft has written such a code to transfer Attachments from PR to PO.

    I have seen people struggling with this requirement sometimes.

    Have a look at next article.

    If it works out of box, using standard AX, that must be out of my knowledge.

    Hi Sohaib, I tried PR released to PO. By default, it will be attached for AX2012 R2 RTM. Just in some rare situations, it didn't attach. I really not understand why, and unable to simulate out in my development.

    This is not an issue. It is working as per expectation.

    Attachments are saved per document/table.

    We cannot and should not expect attachment of PR at PO, using standard AX. Also there will not no KB for this.

    You can think to customize it, if it’s very much needed for your organization.
