48Has anyone else has had the same issue?
Version 23 Australian Localisation
The client doesn't assign warehouse documents to users.
The client is transferring items to the Service location which doesn't require a Warehouse Shipment.
The client is transferring items to the Service location which doesn't require a Warehouse Shipment.
From that location they can Ship & Consume.
We can successfully create and post the Warehouse Shipment for the Service Line.
The issue is that BC is not recognising that the Warehouse Shipment has been completed and we want to consume (instead of invoicing the Customer for the item)
Location: silver, inventory : 20
Then create a service order:
Create service line and check Qty to ship:
Same for consume:
Then Finished:
and release to ship:
back to service line, same error as above.
then create warehouse shipment:
create pick:
register pick:
post warehouse shipment:
finally, back to service line:
But cannot change the Qty. to consume:
