Using Microsoft Forms and Transactionsmail

Dear Community,

we are using MSD for 8 months now and want to bring our Marketing Department onto the next level. Therefore we want to integrate the MSD Forms as Contact Form on our Webside. The form should be divided into 3 different stages depending in several fields but starts always with the name and mailadresse for the customer.

My questions now, is it possible:

- when the customer only fills in the name and mail, toggles the next step and then doesn't go further to send him a reminder via mail?

- when the customer filled in the complete form to send him a confirmation afterwards?

Thanks in advance for your time.

RE: Using Microsoft Forms and Transactionsmail

    Hello Claudia,

Just to make sure about the topic: Do you use D365 Marketing Forms?

Marketing forms don't provide out-of-box multi-step forms. This will require some customization, but your goal is achievable. I would recommend hiding the additional fields and showing them using Javascript once the customer gets to the next stage. You can insert your Javascript code into the Form HTML code.

You can set up a customer journey (using Marketing Form Submitted trigger) that will send an email to your customer once he submits the form.
