Error While Posting Warehouse Receipt

We are encountering the below Error while posting the Warehouse Receipt.
 
If requesting support, please provide the following details to help troubleshooting:
Error message: 
The changes to the Purchase Header record cannot be saved because some information on the page is not up-to-date. Close the page, reopen it, and try again.

    Hello, This error usually happens when there's a data mismatch between the Purchase Order and the Warehouse Receipt, possibly due to system delays or changes made by another user. Try refreshing the page, reopening the receipt, and checking if the PO status and line quantities are in sync. Also, ensure no workflows or background processes are interfering. If the issue persists, reviewing system logs or customizations might help pinpoint the cause.

    These issues occur due to a delay, and the user made changes that haven't been reflected on your page yet. Please refresh the page, try again, and also update the PO and Warehouse receipt lines

    These error occurs if you have any customization which is updating purchase record multiple times, sometimes reopening and posting fixes the issues otherwise you need to check your customizations or if you have any ISV then you need to debug and see if the record is being modified multiple times.

    I think this is a customization issue.
    Please uninstall the third-party extension and try again.
    If the problem disappears, please contact the developer for debugging.
