At the moment our email has been tracked All email, the size getting very big.
How to set tp only track Outbond email only?
Can you not create a Flow/WF to delete Emails where the direction <> Outbound if that is all you are looking to Track. As I assume you know the system options you have are limited.
Your best option is to use 'Email messages in response to Dynamics 365 email'
