Need to capture/generate lead from facebook in dynamics CRM marketing.

Could you let me know how did you capture and generate lead in Facebook or Twitter?
For example: In Facebook, get replies of a specific post and insert those replies as lead into Dynamics?
Currently the only OOB connector provided by Dynamics Marketing is for LinkedIn Lead Gen, while support for other social channels is still under development, so the only solution would be connecting to Facebook and leveraging its API to retrieve data of a post then inserting the data into Dynamics by using CRM API.
