SEPA file transfers not processed

Hello everyone,
 
 
When generating a vendor payment SEPA, the file is generated,  some transfers are ok but some others are not processeed by the bank.
After check, I find that the two transfers in green (not processed by the bank) are displayed beforeThe sepa nodes <PmtTpInf>. 
I checked the bank account, swift code, currency and method payment; All is ok. Could you please help in this? Is there anyone who can tell me the origin of the problem?

    Hi ,
    It seems that the file does not include RmInf element. It means that there is not any vendor transaction associated (settled) to the actual journal lines.

    thank you for your reply but I don't think that the invoice not settled are the origin of the problem because I could generate a SEPA file for  others vendors without settled invoices 
     
    I think that the problem is about a set up in vendors because the problem is still in some identified vendors but while comparing vendors set up it seems be the same.
