I'm creating an event using D365 Customer Insights Journeys, and I’d like to set up rooms for the event to assign each attendee to a specific room. Could you provide guidance on how to accomplish this?

Within the Logistics within the event setup, you can manage various logistics aspects, including room allocations.

Hi There,

My suggestion will be to create a relationship between event registrations and room entity.

This will enable a room lookup field which you can place on the event registration form and manually associate each contact registration to the room you like.
