Hi there,
I was wondering if there's an option to make a rating question colorful, i.e. when people hover on one star or 3 stars, each hover and selection of a number of stars will be colored in a different color?

No, you cannot make rating stars in different colors. You can only change the Question text color.
Even though you cannot change Rating Question 1 as red color and rating Question 2 as blue color.
