Collection process automation email status showing sent but mail not received

Hi All,

I have set up the Collection process automation and executed the same. The process status is completed and Email history also showing mail "Sent".

But the mail is not received by the Recipient.

What would be the cause ?

Note : I am testing this first on my email (Sender and Receiver are different, but same domain)

    Have you verified that all email parameters are set properly in System administration?  Are other email types processing successfully?

    If the email history shows that it was marked as 'sent,' then it was successfully sent. Have you tried accessing the email sender's account to check if the email is in the sent folder? Also, which email service provider are you using?

    Have you checked if there are any internal security policies within your domain that could potentially block the email?

    Dear all,

    Thanks for the response !

    Due many mails were sent in 24 hrs period. the system blocked the emails. After clearing the blocks able to received the mail.
