Issue with Emails & CTA link in Real-time Journeys - Emails Disappearing Upon Receipt

I am experiencing a significant issue with emails in Real-time Journeys. Specifically, when an email contains a Call-to-Action (CTA) link, the emails are either not reaching the inboxes or they disappear immediately after being received. Interestingly, the analytics show that these emails are delivered, but they do not appear in the recipients' inboxes or they vanish shortly after arriving.


This problem does not occur when the emails do not contain a CTA link. In such cases, the emails are delivered and remain in the inbox without any issues.


Could someone please assist me with this issue? Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a solution?

    I did not reproduce your issue.
    I added a button and a text link to the email. They point to a video and a software download, respectively.

    Sending this email to google mail and outlook email both worked.
