Hi guys
We are looking for an elegant solution to interface Donations from the CRM System into Fin Ops. The GL journal needs to be posted at an aggregated level (Business Unit, Department, Location, Program, Account code) and not at an individual donation level.
Power automate seems like a clunky solution because we would have to create a file/extract first that would then feed into the Power Automate process.
Dual Write has been discussed but unclear if it will work as we don't have the Customer Field in Fin Ops.
What do people suggest as alternatives? all ideas are good ideas at this stage.
