Form embed error on external website

Hi,

I have a client that recently went live with Marketing. It's a fairly simple implementation where they have DEV and PROD environments and they have built a couple forms using the Marketing form builder. In DEV they were able to embed the form code to their site no problem but in PROD, they're getting the following type of error no matter what form they choose:

What is unusual is that the Marketing Forms are "Live" so they appear to be already published and we definitely republished them after moving to PROD as well. The domain record has "External Form hosting" enabled. The forms in both environments are identical so I don't think there's any issue there and they have followed the process outlined in this article on how to embed forms to an external website: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/embed-forms

I'm at a loss as to what could be causing this. I've tried republishing the forms, created a new version of the forms but same type of error each time.

I found the problem. The client still had the DEV tracking script on their website so it was attempting to check in DEV instead of PROD. Replacing the script with the one from PROD resolved the issue.
