Check the filters put on the customer page and check if that same field is used somewhere in flowfield . You need add that in key of the table

This is what I experience long time back in 2013 R2 and once I added that field in key problem resolved.

    Hey Senthil,

In support to all other members, most in common reason of performance mainly Includes

    1. Many Flowfields in the Table.

    2.  Overloaded code on OnOpenPage, OnAfterGetRecord and OnafterGetCurrentRecord triggers of the Page.

I dont belief the count of the records is gonna have Impact on Performance in your case because I have experienced a record level of around 1000000 but never felt performance Issue in Page opening.

    Sumit,

It could be of multiple reasons, one thing would be if have inluded so many flowfields, or the customizations (if there are any), check if there is any code on the OpenPage Trigger or OnAfterGetRecord triggers. Try to modify the list to display one or two columns and check if that improves the performance...

Please limit to bare minimum flowfields on page. Hide them if user require can make them visible.

Larger the no of flow fields will slow down the loading of page. Even if you Link with Factboxes.

Avoid flow fields if it not certainly required on pages.

Yep, as Jose said this is very often as a result of too many flowfields, and complex flowfields, try removing the custom flowfields and see what impact that has on performance

If it works then you may need to find an alternative solution for the developments using those flowfields

    Hello Senthil,

Has it always been this way? Or did it start working slower over time? Is it a new implementation/upgrade?

Also, is the system slow overall or just that list? I have seen lists being very slow due to having way more fields than necessary (specially flowfields). Is this the case? Could you try to hide some fields (right click on the header of the list>Choose columns) and reopen the page? Is it still as slow?
