Loading chunk 11 failed. When opening Dynamics App for Outlook

One of our users is unable to use the Dynamics App for Outlook at all. When the App is opened, an error message reads:

'Loading chunk 11 failed. (missing: contoso.crm11.dynamics.com/.../11.js)ChunkLoadError: Loading chunk 11 failed....'

Edge browser cache has been deleted. App has been removed and re-applied to Outlook for the user.

Not sure what else can be done?

    Hi Ian,

    There seems to be a lot of similar feedback - 'Loading chunk xxx failed. ' in crm11 organizations.

    But given that it is a problem that cannot be reproduced, it is recommended to raise a support ticket for further help.

    Hi just following up on this thread,

    One of our users is experiencing the same issue with the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook. They are receiving the same loading chunk 11 failed error message. Was there any solutions found to address this problem?

    I too am seeing the same error.  There must be a MS cloud issue.  Also note MS Dynamics Configuration tool was not working.

    So I opened a request ticket on the 7/12. Tech support tried to resolve the issue whilst over the phone but not was resolved. Three days later over the weekend the issue was not showing, my thoughts was that they had resolved it their end. However, a few days later again the problem arisen again showing loading chunk 8 failed. Ticket has been re-opened but I have still not heard anything from tech support.

    This is something I feel no one can resolve our end, but be higher up with Microsoft to fix.

    As the owner of a small business, I appreciate when someone shares their support efforts with me.   I was dealing with this and after seeveral days it came down to resetting the User Interface Options in the Outlooks options files. And then rebooting. Hope this helps..

    I originally had it set to optimize for compatibility.

    Thanks for the info. The user hasn't experienced any issues over the last week so I'm not going to change any settings just yet unless it occurs again. Will update!

    Today I started seeing the same Loading chunk 11 failed Error.  When I go to General\User Interface Options - the Optimize for best appearance will not stay locked.   I can select it, save & close, restart and it is back to Optimize for Compatabilty.   This bug is frustrating.
