We already gone through MS links but it is not giving clear idea. So Iam expecting that it would be better with examples
Hi srikaanth,
Once do create collection letter, You choose customer posting profile and then it will check the customers, customer group or all customer that you have activated collection letter for.
In the following example, I have activated collection letter for customer posting profile line (Table (Customer), Group (Customer group) and All (All customers)
You can then run the collection letter for customer posting profile.
On filter part, you can choose the customer(s) that you need to generate collection letter.
Please test in your UAT and give us feedback if you need assistance.
