Dashboard iFrame to display SAP/SAC story

Hello everyone,

I have a requirement to display a SAC story (dashboard) into a model-driven app dashboard, with SSO (users in D365 are users in SAC).

SAP analytics cloud has been successfully enabled in our Azure AD, along with SSO and SAML per SAP's requirements.

I have received some information from the SAP team on how to embed a SAC story in an iFrame: Embed an SAP Analytics Cloud Story in a Simple Web App | Tutorials for SAP Developers

which of course is not really relevant to me since I'm in a D365 environment, so no NodeJS!

I wanted to use an HTML web resource to authorize the D365 user to SAC (/authorize) and get a token (/token) without being prompted for the username & password (silent login), then show another HTML web resource with the URL to the story (with the bearer token) but.... I'm kind of stuck here as I don't think that would be possible, even with the ADAL or MSAL library embedded in my HTML web page, am I right?

Can someone point me to the right direction please?
