Hi,
I am implementing the Microsoft forecster for one of the client company. We have requirement to have multiple approval hierarchy - 3 Level approvals (Department manager, Dept Director and Finance Manager) .
I have setup the workflow & routing as per the requirement. Planner & approvers are belonging to two different security groups but not part of administrator.
As I don't want to give rights to normal user (Planner - budget entry user) for rejection or approval (approval 1, approval 2, approval 3) and I unchecked the checkbox "User Can select" for these statuses in workflow. But because of this even pprover is not able to select the approve or reject status.
If I will check the checkbox "User can select" for rejected and approved status in workflow, then even normal user (budget entry user) can able to approve and reject after submit.
Please advise how I can control the workflow statuse for normal user and approver.
