How to add new column in reports by object designer in nav?

You need to open the layout first then only you can add new column.
Design the report and view the layout.
Hi,To add a new column in the report dataset go to to position where you want to add and press F3 then - Go View -> Field Menu
- Double click on the field you want to add.Else After pressing F3 go to View -> C/AL Symbol Menu and select what you want add as a Data Source of the column. It could be a variable, function or value from the Parent Data Source.Have a look at the picture below, it will give you a fair idea.
