Hello,
I have a working email.
This email works fine to login to Azure panel with an appropriate password, and to login into this forum on D365.
However, when I try to login to my client D365 F&O at myclient_and_somecodes.axcloud.dynamics.com, the login screen checks that user name and password are good, but then shows Staying Logged In window, where my email is replaced with None@none.com. Then I can't login.
Where would this none@none.com could come from, and how to fix it?
Regards,
Alexander
Hi Alexander,
Have you tried to update provider field with correct value after replacing your email to @none.com (e.g. https://sts.windows.net/none.com)?
Is none@none.com the Microsoft 365 account which is used for your Windows login?
Hi Alexander1111,
Is this email added to the client environment where you are trying to login? If yes, have you tried logging in using InPrivate or Incognito mode, depending on the browser you are using and see if that works?
